Your order should be delivered within 3 to 4 working days following order confirmation.

Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.
Shipping is available to residential addresses within the UK, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar and Channel Islands.

Delivery dates

You can find the expected delivery dates for your order at checkout. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send the remainder of the items as soon as they are in stock and you will only pay for the first delivery.

Shipping cost is 18,00 euro

The shipping cost is  regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.

Undeliverable parcels

If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us.
We will then apply a charge of €18,00 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.
