1. Postage and delivery charges
Superwomanxxl charges no delivery costs within the Netherlands: backorders also are free from delivery charges. Our parcel service partner is PostNL and deliveries of course while stocks last. Shipping is available to residential addresses within the UK, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar and Channel Islands. The shipping cost is £ 14.90 regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.The delivery time for any items, when ordered on working days, is approximately 1-5 days from the date we receive payment and depending the country we have to ship to. The delivery charges are automatically displayed in your shopping cart when entering the country of your choice. Superwomanxxl does however reserve the right, in special cases, to charge a higher amount in delivery charges. In that case superwomanxxl will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Right to free exchange and return
Any items purchased in the superwomanxxl online shop (e-shop) can be returned to us free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium without giving reasons and within 14 days of receipt of the items using the enclosed reply sticker, we kindly ask you to fill out the service card. For exchange and returning goods outside the Netherlands and Belgium customer must pay costs of delivery to our address. Charges may vary per country. We will not however refund the earlier delivery charges. The purchase of items only becomes final after 14 days. Please also note the provisions regarding the right of return laid down in 7 below. Remember that in the event of exchange or return the items supplied may only be used for checking - as is customary with trying on in the shop - and that they must be returned with the original tags and labels. If the event of reduction in value because the items have been used contrary to the above provisions, we reserve the right to charge you reasonable compensation.

3. Prices and payment options
The prices at the time of ordering an item shall apply. All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT. Payment can be made be by transfer, PayPal, sofortbanking. For details mail to: [email protected]. In certain cases Superwomanxxl reserves the right, depending on the results of a creditworthiness check, to exclude given payment options at any time.

4. Refusing orders
Superwomanxxl is free not to accept online orders. This choice is entirely at the discretion of superwomanxxl and it does not need to give reasons for this. If superwomanxxl does not accept an online order, it will notify you immediately.
Superwomanxxl does not accept online orders from persons younger then 18 years

5. Retention of title
The items remain the property of superwomanxxl until you have paid the full invoice amount.

6. Protection of personal data & creditors
The data required for the processing of your order will be stored and as part of the processing of the order may be passed to companies that are associated with us or that perform part of our service.
Superwomanxxl reserves the right to perform an analysis of the data provided by you and to offer an alternative means of payment on the basis of information obtained. We are unable to enter into any correspondence about any decisions and conclusions.
All your personal data will of course be treated in the strictest confidence and we will strictly observe the statutory personal data and privacy protection rules. Superwomanxxl will not sell your personal data to third parties.
In cases in which we provide personal data to third parties, these third parties are not entitled to use this data for any other purpose than the performance of their task. The third parties with which superwomanxxl works are bound by superwomanxxl terms and conditions, in which your privacy is guaranteed.
If you are a customer of superwomanxxl, superwomanxxl will use your personal data for its own advertising purposes in addition to the cases described above. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited advertising from superwomanxxl (by post, by telephone or by email), you can unsubscribe at any time and stop the further use of your personal data for commercial communications by notifying us by telephone. The option to unsubscribe will also be made available to you in every relevant email from superwomanxxl.

7. Statutory information about the right of return
Right of return
You can return the received items to us within 14 days without giving reasons. This period of 14 days starts at the moment you receive the items. You live up to this term by sending the items to us promptly. The costs and risks of this return of goods are for your account. The items must be returned to:

Consequences of return
In the event of reduction in value of an item, superwomanxxl can charge you compensation. This does not apply if the reduction in value of an item is attributable exclusively to trying on and checking the item as would have been possible in a shop.

8. Guarantee
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the guarantee provisions laid down in Dutch law apply.
